Kevin O'Reilly is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with 14 years of brokerage, development, and advisory experience. Currently, he serves as the director of our multifamily investment sales team. Before moving to the United States in early 2021, he amassed broad yet specialized CRE experience and a strong track record for success, having served clients in Ireland for over a decade. Most recently, he held the position of associate director at Toronto-headquartered Avison Young in their Dublin head office, providing office brokerage and consultancy services to international clients including Bloomberg, Coca-Cola, HubSpot, and The Royal Bank of Scotland group. He also worked for Ireland's leading CRE firm, Savills, for over 5 years, and served as a development manager at Ireland's largest BTR and SFR developer, Cairn Homes PLC.

 

Kevin brings strategic leadership and expertise to his current role, where he focuses on all aspects of the multifamily investment sales market, development land, and student housing sectors. His process-oriented approach, negotiation skills, extensive project management experience, and commitment to delivering excellent results make him a valuable asset to our company.

 

Outside of commercial real estate, Kevin is an avid golfer, enjoys watching the native Irish sport of hurling, and loves to spend time with his family either on the lakeshore or working on his house & yard in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
